Accomplishments
We were proud to support Dega Broadcast Systems at the London 2012 Olympics, installing over 4000 Cat6 cables for BBC Sport on the Olympic Village site, in Stratford, and more recently, the Olympics in Rio, Brazil, in 2016. Both projects went fantastically well.
In 2017, brightStar Networks provided our services to both ITV and Studioworks relating to the major refurbishment works carried out at Television Centre, installing Brand Rex copper and fibre systems.
Having undergone extensive Nexans product training, the brightStar Networks engineers installed over 2,500 Cat7A S/FTP outlets & multiple SM fibres through our long-standing valued Client, ITM Communications Ltd for Media Research & Development at their new White City HQ. After surveying our workmanship and attention to detail, Nexans now aim to use the installation as a bench mark for their partners.
With the experiences of working ultimately for major corporations, not limited to but including Google, PepsiCo, SportingBet, London South Bank University, Barclays Capital and ITV, brightStar Networks have built up a very well respected name in the communications industry, which we are clearly extremely proud of, and passionate to maintain.
Sponsorship
We are pleased to be able to provide support to children in Burkina Faso, Africa, helping with their education and travel costs to Bethel School, in partnership with Giving Africa. Giving Africa is a charity which was set up to provide financial help and support for structured education to school children who otherwise would not be able to attend. Statistics show that if one child finishes their education, many others are lifted out of poverty.
Along with helping outside of the UK, we also sponsor local football teams, helping towards new team kit and pitch fees.
